You will lead a large brigade, ensure every plate meets the brand standard, develop seasonal dishes, manage food cost and suppliers, train and retain talent, and uphold rigorous hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate brings senior kitchen leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality, a strong French or Mediterranean background, a proven record of building teams and sustaining consistency, and ideally experience opening a new venue. The Role

As Head Chef, you lead the kitchen of our new beachfront restaurant. You bring the French-Mediterranean menu to life, lead a large brigade, and hold the quality line on every plate that leaves the pass.

What you'll do

• Lead the kitchen and the full brigade

• Deliver the menu to LPM standard every service

• Develop dishes and seasonal ideas

• Manage food cost, stock and suppliers

• Train and grow the team

• Keep hygiene and safety standards high

What you need

• Senior kitchen leadership in fine dining or luxury hospitality

• A strong French or Mediterranean cooking background

• A leader who trains and keeps a team together

• A good grip on cost and consistency

• Experience opening a new venue is a plus
