We are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute senior leader to take on the role of Head of Cliqit Rewards & Benefits within our Leisure division. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity with full accountability for strategy, performance and innovation across the Cliqit program.

As the leader of this business, you will define and deliver a clear strategic vision that drives revenue growth, strengthens partnerships and enhances customer loyalty. You will operate at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring that the platform continues to evolve in line with market expectations while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
With full P&L responsibility, you will be accountable for subscription revenue, partnership and advertising income, and commission generated through travel product sales. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, digital and technology, marketing, travel and member partnerships to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic priorities. This role requires a leader who can influence at executive level while also remaining close enough to the business to drive operational excellence.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of Cliqit, including the management of third-party vendors and wholesale partners. Leading a diverse team across Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Finance, you will foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration with the Leisure Marketing team will be essential to ensure targeted and effective campaigns that support revenue and engagement objectives.
In partnership with technology teams, you will also guide the ongoing development and optimisation of the Cliqit platform. You will shape the product roadmap, ensuring the platform remains competitive, customer-centric and aligned with evolving industry trends. A strong focus on customer experience will underpin all activity, ensuring that rewards and benefits offerings enhance satisfaction, loyalty and long-term value.
To succeed in this role, you will bring 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience within loyalty, travel, tourism or hospitality sectors. You will have a proven track record of managing complex P&Ls, leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable revenue growth. Experience in loyalty programs or membership-based organisations will be highly regarded, along with a demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiencies and execute strategic initiatives at scale.
