Swarovski is seeking a visionary Head of Corporate Talent, Learning & Culture to join the Corporate HR Leadership Team in Zürich. You will shape the global Talent, Learning & Culture strategy, own Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership & Development, and Employee Engagement, and partner with leaders to build diverse talent pipelines and succession plans. You’ll drive the Swarovski Growth Academy, embed digital learning and AI enabled processes, and lead change across a global matrix. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in HR or related field, 8+ years in a multinational with 4+ in senior leadership, and a proven record of global transformation and inclusive cultures.
