RACV is seeking a strategic Head of Employee Relations to set the ER agenda for RACV in Melbourne, owning governance, investigations and enterprise bargaining with senior leaders to deliver outcomes. You’ll lead the ER Advisory function, ensure compliance with awards and frameworks, and represent RACV in Fair Work. Success hinges on ER/IR leadership, solid knowledge of Australian employment law, proven dispute resolution and change program experience. A qualification in HR, Law or Workplace Relations is required, with admitted lawyer status highly desirable. About the Opportunity
As Head of Employee Relations, you will set and deliver the ER strategy across the RACV Group while remaining closely involved in complex cases. You’ll partner with senior leaders, drive governance and compliance frameworks, and lead a high-performing ER advisory function.
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you'll be the go-to expert on all things ER — providing high-level technical advice and partnering with leaders across the business to navigate everything from performance management to workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
