Swiss Re seeks an experienced actuarial leader to head Full Risk Transfer and Longevity In-force, owning end-to-end accountability for two strategic in-force portfolios, including the US Longevity In-force and a major UK longevity book with exposure to the Netherlands, Canada, US and Singapore. You will lead a global team of about ten, drive data governance, onboarding, modelling and migration programs, and partner with Pricing & Structuring, Valuation, Finance and Operations to translate performance into business action. A qualified actuary with proven longevity risk and FRT experience is essential, along with strong leadership and hands-on data skills (R Python). You are a senior actuarial leader with the credibility to engage at executive level and the hands‑on understanding required to lead a technically complex global portfolio. You combine strong judgement with a structured mindset, and you are comfortable making decisions in areas of uncertainty and long‑term risk.
You have a proven ability manage complex projects, connect actuarial outputs to business outcomes, to lead teams through change, and to take ownership of both delivery and strategic improvement.

Compensation & Work Model
For London, the base salary range for this position is between £144,000 and £216,000 for a full-time role.
