This is a
senior salon leadership role
, not a clinic position and not a single-branch manager role. You will build systems, lead teams, negotiate with brands, and drive hair revenue across the group.
What You’ll Own
Operational Standardization

Build and implement unified SOPs across all hair services

Conduct regular quality audits across branches

Reduce rework and ensure consistent luxury standards
Recruitment & Training

Design hiring and onboarding processes for hair technicians

Train and develop teams from junior to senior levels

Build career paths and lead monthly technical training
Innovation & New Services

Introduce global hair trends and techniques (balayage, AirTouch, extensions)

Test and approve new products and technologies before rollout

Design seasonal services and hair packages with commercial pricing
Brand & Supplier Partnerships

Negotiate with premium hair product brands

Manage group product strategy, pricing, and consumption

Support retail growth and product performance
Events & Education

Lead masterclasses and training seminars

Attend international exhibitions and industry events

Elevate the brand’s reputation within the hair industry
Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in beauty salon environment (not clinics)

Strong expertise in color, balayage, extensions, and treatments

Experience managing and training multiple technicians

Ability to negotiate with suppliers and brands
