The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records while maintaining strong controls over client and insurer funds.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Extensive experience in IBA or insurance finance
• Strong understanding of insurance products, premiums, commissions, and trust accounting
• Proven experience dealing with regulators, insurers, and auditors

• Deep knowledge of IBA practices
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in accounting systems and insurance broker management systems
