Elaris is hiring a Head of Makeup & Bridal Operations to standardize, scale, and lead makeup and bridal services across 10+ luxury salon locations in the UAE .
This is a senior leadership role , responsible for building systems, training teams, developing bridal partnerships, and driving revenue across the entire makeup and bridal division.
This is a salon and bridal role , not a clinic position and not a freelance artist role.
What You’ll Own
Operational Standardization
- Create unified SOPs for soft glam, editorial, bridal, and SFX makeup across all branches
- Conduct regular quality audits and reduce rework rates
- Ensure consistent luxury service standards across locations
Recruitment & Training
- Design hiring and onboarding for makeup artists
- Train and develop artists from junior to senior levels
- Build structured career paths and lead monthly training sessions
Bridal Division Leadership
- Design and price luxury bridal packages and add-ons
- Create consultation and bridal trial protocols
- Manage VIP bridal clients and high-value bookings
- Build partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event companies
Innovation & Brand Partnerships
- Introduce global beauty trends and new techniques
- Negotiate with premium makeup brands and manage product strategy
- Oversee inventory and product consumption across branches
Events & Industry Presence
- Lead masterclasses and education programs
- Attend international beauty exhibitions and industry events
- Elevate the brand’s reputation within the bridal and makeup industry
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in salon or bridal environment (not clinics)
- Expertise in soft glam, editorial, bridal, and SFX makeup
- Experience managing and training multiple makeup artists
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
- Fluent English (Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage)
- UAE-based or willing to relocate
