Mashreq seeks a strategic Head of Neo and Personal Banking to shape the NEO segment strategy and lead expansion into new markets, including the UAE, Egypt and Pakistan. The role carries full P&L ownership and accountability for customer growth, profitability and onboarding, while delivering value through personalization at scale, Open Finance and AI experiences. You will own digital propositions, fintech partnerships and cross functional teams to exceed acquisition, revenue and profitability targets and build a leading digital banking platform. Ideal candidates have 20+ years in consumer banking, 10+ years in leadership with P&L, multi-market experience, a postgraduate degree and strong C level engagement. Job Description
Key Leadership role, responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy for NEO segment and for driving the roadmap across all markets (UAE, Egypt, Pakistan). Role also leads NEO geographic expansion into new markets.
Role has full responsibility for leading profitable growth and delivering agreed financial results (number of customers, balance sheet, P&L) for NEO segment across markets.
Within operating countries the role manages clients’ acquisition through own channels, delivering budgeted numbers within agreed STP and CPA and leads the build of state-of-the-art onboarding journey.
The role leads all client value management initiatives for NEO segment and is responsible increasing NEO clients’ engagement, leveraging personalization at scale to create value for the client and for the bank.
