Ebury is seeking a Head of Origination for the UK who can lead the sales team, set and track KPIs, and turn market and customer insights into data driven actions that drive FX and cross border revenue. You will coach junior talent, design and execute sales plans, cultivate partnerships with key customers, forecast trends and keep the business ahead of competitors by spotting new opportunities, and collaborate with Dealing, Product, Compliance and Data. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar finance or fintech sales environment, a proven FX or cross-border finance track record, a strong UK network, and mentoring experience. The Head of Origination has the primary role of overseeing the activities of the junior professionals and monitoring performance as a whole to generate commercial opportunities. The Head of Origination defines and communicates the business’s KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behaviour, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimise the business’s commercial performance.
