Sokin is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Product Marketing to own the global PMM function from our London onsite office, defining go-to-market vision, positioning and messaging for all products and ensuring a consistent market story. You’ll lead and scale a PMM team, partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to define segmentation, buyer personas and a market-wide roadmap, and drive end-to-end GTM for launches with a product-led growth mindset. The role requires 8+ years in product marketing, including 3+ in leadership within fintech SaaS or B2B payments, strong storytelling, data-driven decision making, and regional GTM success across EMEA APAC and North America. Role

We’re looking for an experienced and hands on Head of Product Marketing to lead our global product marketing function across Sokin’s global service. You will define the go-to-market vision, shape positioning and messaging for our products, and ensure our story is consistently communicated to the market. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success through deep market understanding, customer insight, and alignment between product, marketing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the global product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the product marketing team — including Product Marketing Managers across multiple business lines.
  • Grow and support product marketing at a regional level.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define market segmentation, buyer personas, and strategic positioning for Sokin’s business banking platform.
  • Act as the voice of the market within Sokin, bringing competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into the product roadmap and GTM decisions.

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define Sokin’s product value architecture — ensuring consistent articulation of our differentiators across markets and channels.
  • Build a clear messaging hierarchy for all product lines, ensuring global consistency and local market resonance.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt positioning and campaigns for EMEA, APAC, and North America audiences.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Excellence

  • Oversee product launches end-to-end — from positioning and pricing to sales enablement and performance tracking.
  • Partner with the Product team to translate complex features into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives in collaboration with Growth Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Build frameworks and processes for scalable GTM execution across multiple markets and products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with Product, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to ensure customer feedback and market signals inform roadmap prioritisation.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to ensure go-to-market teams have the right narratives, assets, and tools to drive adoption and retention.
  • Contribute to strategic pricing, packaging, and monetisation discussions.

Performance & Insights

  • Set and track clear KPIs for product marketing success — including adoption, engagement, win rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Build competitive intelligence programs and market analysis frameworks to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role within fintech, SaaS, or B2B payments.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex financial products across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of FX, global payments, or embedded finance ecosystems.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — capable of setting vision while managing the details that make launches successful.
  • Skilled in storytelling — able to turn technical capabilities into compelling customer narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions.
  • Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
