Asana’s Head of Product Operations is a strategic operator who will build the operating system that lets the product org plan, decide, and ship with clarity and speed, in a Vancouver hybrid setting. You’ll own cadences, governance, release management, and source-of-truth systems, connect R&D with marketing, support, and sales, and raise decision quality and cross-functional coordination across a complex product stack. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product ops or related roles, deep planning and metrics expertise, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders while modernizing workflows in AI-enabled environments. To apply, tailor your resume to highlight operating-system design, governance, metrics, and launches; provide concrete examples of improving roadmap predictability and decision velocity; emphasize AI tooling experience and be ready to discuss your approach with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Vancouver hybrid details.
As the Head of Product Operations, you will build and run the operating system that enables the product organization to plan, decide, and ship with clarity, speed, and accountability.
