  • Maximize advertising revenue and market share by implementing effective strategies and meeting assigned targets.
  • Conduct daily analysis of competitor advertisements and respond promptly to missed opportunities.
  • Introduce and sell innovative advertising solutions including branded content
  • Bring strategic thinking to enable development of new Lifestyle event franchises
  • Work with the team on ideation and upselling the content and multimedia solutions which includes, reviews, interviews, social, video shoots, podcasts and events
  • Analyse the digital spends MOM & YOY basis to ensure healthy growth in digital revenue
  • Assist the team with 360 degree solutions to ensure client needs are met. 
  • Retain and strengthen the market share of ROP volumes through strategic initiatives and competitive analysis.
  • Regularly engage with advertising agencies and clients, providing excellent service and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Negotiate rates, secure annual contracts, and offer incentives or packages to increase advertising revenue.
  • Generate positive brand perception and goodwill in the market.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable advertising packages from the media organization's portfolio.
  • Guide and mentor the LIFE team members, ensuring they follow appropriate approaches and understand workflows.
  • Foster effective collaboration and communication among team members to achieve collective goals.
