At Wolt, the Head of Training, Support Operations will define the global vision for learning and development across Support Operations, oversee regional Training Managers, align onboarding and continuous learning with operational goals, and build scalable programs that lift customer experiences. The role requires turning QA insights, CSAT trends, and performance data into targeted interventions; embedding learning ecosystems including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and certifications; and proving impact with clear metrics linking learning to quality, productivity and cost stability. As you apply, demonstrate 5+ years leading Training in fast-paced support with global reach, show measurable wins in onboarding and continuous development, highlight stakeholder influence, data-driven design, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
