Who we're looking for

We're looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to own and drive this new initiative from the ground up. This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook — it's for someone who writes them.

You'll lead the entire data product lifecycle: from productisation and pricing through to sales and team-building. You'll be the first mover on a genuinely differentiated opportunity, backed by exceptional data infrastructure and industry-unique datasets.

You have :

  • Experience designing and delivering data products at scale in the accommodation or travel industry

  • A proven track record in sales — including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships

  • Leadership experience to grow the initial momentum into a scalable, standalone business unit

What you'll do

  • Identify the data products we can build and the customer segments best positioned to benefit from them

  • Design pricing and commercialisation models that create genuine value for buyers and for Vio

  • Build the sales pipeline from scratch — and close the first deals yourself

  • Hire and develop a team to scale the business once traction is established

Who you are

  • A travel industry veteran with deep experience in revenue management, data products, or accommodation OTAs

  • An entrepreneur at heart — someone with a track record of taking businesses from zero to one, or a self-directed leader who creates momentum without needing organisational scaffolding

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the challenge of building something new
