Apparel Group is hiring a Head of Projects and Transformation to define and lead the transformation roadmap, build governance frameworks, and oversee a multi-functional portfolio guided by strategic value and ROI. The role requires executive reporting on progress and risks, rigorous compliance, and a focus on organizational capability, continuous improvement, and performance measurement through Lean and Agile. You will drive innovation and technology integration, champion change management, and partner with HR to develop leadership and learning programs. Ideal candidates have 12-15 years in enterprise transformation, strong PMO and governance experience, and credentials such as PMP or Change Management. Transformation Governance & Strategic Alignment

  Define and lead the organization’s transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and long-term objectives. 

 Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies for all transformation initiatives. 

 Oversee portfolio management of transformation projects, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value and ROI.

  Provide executive-level reporting on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout transformation programs.

2. Organizational Capability & Continuous Improvement

  Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance organizational structures, processes, and capabilities for scalability and resilience.

  Implement performance measurement systems to track transformation impact and operational efficiency.

  Promote a culture of continuous improvement by embedding Lean, Agile, or other best-practice methodologies across functions. 

 Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, ensuring streamlined workflows and optimized resource utilization.

3. Innovation & Technology Integration 

 Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions to enable business transformation. 

 Develop strategies for integrating technology with people and process initiatives to maximize business performance. 

 Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, advising leadership on opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

  Oversee change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption of new systems and tools.

4. Transformational Leadership 

 Build organizational capability by fostering a high-performance culture and empowering leaders at all levels.  Partner with HR and business units to create learning and development programs aligned with transformation goals. 

 Act as a mentor and coach to senior leaders, enabling them to lead change effectively and drive engagement across the organization

Qualifications & Skills 

 Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent discipline

  Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in transformation, project management, or strategic change leadership 

 Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs in complex, multi-functional organizations 

 Strong experience in PMO governance, portfolio management, and change management frameworks

  Exposure to digital transformation, technology integration, and innovation initiatives

  Professional certifications such as PMP or Change Management (preferred)

 Ability to define and execute transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals

  Expertise in establishing governance frameworks and managing enterprise-level risks 

 Strong capability to lead cultural and organizational change initiatives effectively

  Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in business transformation 

 Ability to analyze complex business challenges and design innovative solutions

  Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams 

 Ability to manage budgets, assess ROI, and ensure cost-effective delivery of transformation programs
