Apparel Group seeks a Head of Retail Lifecycle Management to define and execute the RLM platform roadmap, establish governance for Blue Yonder and Increff, and lead end-to-end implementation across merchandising, planning, allocation and replenishment in a full-time onsite role in the UAE. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in retail lifecycle management or supply chain technology, a proven track record of platform implementation, data governance expertise, and strong change management and stakeholder skills. 1) Platform Strategy & Governance 

 Define and execute the strategic roadmap for RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder and Increff. 

 Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives

.  Drive continuous improvement and innovation in retail lifecycle management processes.

2) System Implementation & Optimization 

 Oversee end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of RLM platforms across business units.  Ensure platform performance, reliability, and seamless connectivity with upstream and downstream systems.  Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, ensuring optimal utilization of technology

3) Process Standardization & Operational Excellence 

 Lead initiatives to standardize retail lifecycle processes across merchandising, planning, allocation, and replenishment. 

 Develop and enforce best practices for data accuracy, inventory visibility, and demand forecasting.

  Monitor KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, and operational improvements.

4) Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management 

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Merchandising, Supply Chain) to align RLM capabilities with business needs. 

 Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management programs. 

 Act as a key liaison with platform vendors, ensuring timely upgrades, support, and feature enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Retail Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

  10+ years of experience in retail lifecycle management, merchandising, or supply chain technology leadership. 

 Proven expertise in implementing and managing RLM platforms such as Blue Yonder and Increff.

  Strong understanding of retail processes including assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimization. 

 Experience in driving process standardization and operational excellence across large-scale retail organizations. 

 Proficiency in system integration, data governance, and platform performance optimization.

  Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making. 

 Exceptional communication and change management skills to drive adoption and transformation.

  Familiarity with emerging retail technologies and trends to ensure continuous innovation.
