Williams Racing is hiring a proactive Health & Safety Adviser to safeguard people and operations across shop floor, testing facilities, trackside, and off-site teams in Grove, England. Essential NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent); auditing qualification is desirable; plus experience in manufacturing or high‑performance environments. You’ll lead risk assessments, safe systems of work, accident investigations with root-cause analysis, audits, toolbox talks, and RAMS reviews, while advising on COSHH, PPE and contractor controls. You must communicate clearly, write strong reports, and influence change with empathy in a fast paced setting.
