Health and Safety Advisor at He Waka Tapu is a part-time onsite role (0.8 FTE) in Christchurch. You will lead development of health and safety systems, monitor compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, maintain documentation, support audits, manage incidents and risk, and offer practical guidance to managers and kaimahi. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in health and safety or compliance, a relevant qualification, knowledge of the Act, incident investigation skills, and strong attention to detail, plus an understanding of Te Ao Māori and culturally safe practice.
