Kinross Gold Corporation is hiring a Health and Safety Data Analyst for a full‑time onsite role in downtown Toronto with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) starting ASAP. You will support Global H&S data management and reporting, ensure accurate metrics, develop clear data visuals, and enable decision making for internal and external reporting while maintaining H&S administrative processes. Responsibilities include coordinating data collection, leveraging Excel, Power BI and Intelex, applying AI‑enabled analytics, and collaborating across Kinross sites to ensure consistency. Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in health and safety or data analysis with mining experience, expert Excel, BI and EHS tools; English required, additional languages a plus. To support the data management and reporting functions of the Global Health & Safety Team. Ensure that all key information necessary to assess company H&S performance is accurate and up to date and help develop data presentation formats that facilitates decision-making and external reporting. To support a safe work environment by maintaining H&S administrative processes, conducting basic H&S training, and effectively using a range of H&S tools and processes to implement H&S programs.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD plus a target bonus of 15% and group benefit coverage.
