Emota seeks a full-time Health & Safety Advisor in London to provide in-house compliance support, promote a positive safety culture, and partner with project teams and XD suppliers to meet safety expectations. You’ll advise on day-to-day operations, assess project risks especially in Event Production, Environments and Film Production, and conduct safety audits while developing internal guidance and training. The role also supports facilities safety, incident learning, and stakeholder communications, with travel up to two weeks per project. Requirements include NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH, preferably live events experience, a confident communicator, and a valid passport. The overarching responsibility of the Health & Safety Advisor is to provide an in-house capability that supports XD to comply with all relevant regulations and procedures.
The Health & Safety Advisor should promote our health and safety culture and processes and, where necessary or appropriate, should look to improve these in the daily operation of the business.
The Health & Safety Advisor will report into the Health & Safety Manager. The Advisor should also work with, and alongside, project teams to assist with the management and coordination of safety on specific projects. Additionally, the Advisor will work with XD contractors or suppliers to meet our safety management expectations.
