Joining as a Healthcare Assistant at NMC Healthcare in Dubai is a full-time onsite role supervised by Registered or Assistant Nursing Staff, aligned with the Nursing Mission to deliver safe, compassionate, individualized care to every patient and with the Nursing Values of Safety, Excellence, Ethics, Trust and Collaboration. You will provide safe, timely care under supervision, support patient escort and clerical tasks, assist with appointments and specimen transport, and identify opportunities for improvement within the care team. Essential: willingness to work across departments, maintaining licensure, a valid American Heart Association BLS certificate, and strong English communication; Arabic is desirable. The post holder will work under the direct supervision of the Registered or Assistant Nurse and with other team members, will uphold and live the NMC Nursing Strategy in order to provide safe and outstanding care to their patient, to the patient bystanders all the time, every time
Healthcare Assistant will:
Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nursing Staff, will deliver patient care and service which is safe and timely.
Identify opportunities for improvement and escalate accordingly reflective of the chain of command.
Perform other duties as may be assigned within his/her scope and ability.
Support the escort of patients within the clinical setting.
Support patients with new appointment bookings and other clerical tasks within the clinical setting.
Transport patient specimens to the lab

Manager their own professional re-licensure
Have a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider qualification
