This full-time onsite role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including PTO, scholarship programs, and a Talent Scout referral bonus; base pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour. Requirements include at least one year of work experience, active and in good standing on the NJ Board of Nursing registry, English literacy, and passing the BAYADA Competency Evaluation, plus meeting state requirements. Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the NJ Board of Nursing registry, active and in good standing.
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:
- Activities of daily living
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
