Associa is seeking a full-time on-site HOA General Manager in Dallas, TX. In this role you will advise clients on financial strategies, assess assets and liabilities, manage vendor relationships and contracted services, assist with routine maintenance and improvements, develop RFPs and scopes of work, support the Board of Directors with action items and to-dos, and attend and facilitate Board meetings. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of HOA management experience, delivers five-star service to the Board and residents, can advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions, builds rapport with clients, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. • Advise clients on financial strategies and other financial decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings

• 2-5 years’ experience managing HOA communities
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
