Junior Adventures Group seeks a Holiday Camp Manager in Crawley to lead a small team and deliver safe activities for children aged 4 to 11 during six weeks from July 2026. The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:30pm at K2 Crawley, £15 per hour on a casual contract. You’ll run a mix of sports, arts and games, build relationships with schools and families, and ensure safeguarding and health and safety. No weekends, CPD training and wellbeing support. As a Holiday Camp Manager, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

You may have worked as a Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant (TA), Playworker, Drama/Dance Instructor, NCS Leader, Scout Leader, Nursery Manager, SEN Support, Dinner Lady, Student, or even as a parent wanting a new career in childcare.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
