Exciting opportunity for an RN to join PruittHealth Hospice Augusta as a full-time on-site Hospice Admissions Nurse. In this role you will complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized care plan, ensure timely and accurate documentation, follow policies within your scope of practice, and maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting. You will work in Augusta GA at PruittHealth Hospice Augusta and contribute to a team dedicated to compassionate end of life care. Requirements include current, active RN licensure in your state. Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
- Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice

Qualifications
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
