NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a Hospitality All-Rounder for Pumphouse Point, a casual, remote role at Lake St Clair with staff accommodation and your own vehicle essential. You’ll contribute across guest services, housekeeping and food and beverage, with a focus on delivering a warm guest experience and flexibility to cover multiple areas as needed. Ideal candidates bring solid guest service experience, familiarity with booking systems such as NewBook or Opera, RSA, Food Safe and a Certificate II in Hospitality. What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. Candidates will be mainly working in the department of their individual skillset and experience. We welcome both couples and individual applications who can commit for at least 6 months.
You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests by working in your skilled area or multiple areas of the business such as guest services and reservations, guest services, housekeeping or food and beverage. You may be involved and rostered to perform hands on engagement in all aspects of Pumphouse Point day to day operations as follows:
