The role is full-time, onsite, and you will welcome guests with warmth, manage reservations and seating for a smooth flow, and master the menu and wine list to confidently guide guests while supporting the front-of-house team to deliver high-quality service. Your Mission:

• Welcome each guest with warmth and energy, guiding them on an unforgettable journey through Italy from the very first smile.

• Manage reservations and table assignments smoothly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless flow and minimal waiting times.

• Master the restaurant’s menu and wine list inside out, so you can confidently advise and inspire guests in their choices. 

• Work hand-in-hand with the front-of-house team, supporting waiters and runners to deliver a harmonious, high-quality service.
