At InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay, we are seeking a professional, service-oriented, and reliable Hotel Driver to support our guests and residents through safe transportation services while assisting with Bell Services operations to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences.

You will serve as both a transportation ambassador and a valued member of the Front Office team, supporting guest arrivals, departures, and daily transportation requirements.

The Gig

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager / Director of Rooms, the Hotel Driver supports guest transportation requirements while assisting Bell Services operations to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and guest movements throughout the property.

You will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely, assisting with guest luggage, supporting transportation logistics, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the InterContinental brand.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Transportation Services

• Safely transport guests, residents, and colleagues as assigned
• Provide airport transfer and local transportation services when required
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and maintained to brand standards
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly

Guest Arrival & Departure Experience

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guestrooms or residences
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic property information when required
• Support smooth check-in and check-out experiences in collaboration with Front Office colleagues

Bell Services Support

• Assist Bell Attendants with luggage movement and guest requests
• Coordinate transportation schedules and guest logistics efficiently
• Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas

Guest Experience

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
• Provide directions and local area information when appropriate
• Deliver service with a positive, courteous, and professional attitude
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all traffic regulations and company driving policies
• Maintain valid licenses and required certifications
• Ensure guest safety during transportation activities
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures

What We Need From You

Ideally, you bring some (or all) of the following:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Previous experience as a driver within a hotel, hospitality, or luxury service environment preferred
• Experience supporting guest services or Bell operations is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle automatic & manual) with a clean driving record
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, landmarks, and transportation routes
• GCC/Dubai experience is a plus
