Job Description

  • With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role
  • Making holiday memories, to ensure our guests have all the creature comforts and feel at home

What you’ll do:

You will provide housekeeping and cleaning duties across all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard. A good level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, along with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:

  • Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to our housekeeping standards
  • Complete linen changes, clean cabins, replenish stock, and record items in rooms
  • Work as part of a supportive team, while also being comfortable working autonomously

We're looking for someone who is proudly reliable and must have availability to work during peak periods including weekends, school and public holidays.

What you’ll bring:  

  • A reputation for providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with guests
  • Previous housekeeping experience (preferred)
  • Strong time management skills and an eye for detail
  • The ability to follow direction and meet daily task expectations
  • A flexible approach to working hours across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
