About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a people-first leader to join our Housekeeping team as a Supervisor. In this role, your priority will be to lead, support and develop your team of Room Attendants, creating a positive, respectful and inclusive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.
No housekeeping or resort operations experience is necessary. What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, build strong relationships and bring out the best in others. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities will include:
Lead and support the Room Attendant team, ensuring a positive, safe and collaborative team environment
Deliver hands-on, approachable leadership, coaching team members and recognising great performance
Support daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standard
Assist with team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team members
Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team success
Foster a culture of accountability, care and continuous improvement
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 38 hours per week.

Previous housekeeping or hotel/resort experience is advantageous, but not essential
