This permanent full-time Housing Concierge role with Home Group in Launceston, Cornwall offers 37.5 hours per week at £12.60 per hour (about £24,638 a year), plus a solid benefits package including Health Cash Plan, pension matching up to 7 percent, life insurance, instant pay via Stream, and 34 to 39 days leave. The practical bits
You will be based in and working at our Supported Accommodation service in Dunheved Road, Launceston
You'll work three shifts per week from 17.45 - 06.45 (12.5 hours per shift) including week and weekend nights on a rolling rota basis.
Although you’ll work nights / lone work, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings
Able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update records and communicate with colleagues
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done (we pay for it)
