Home Group is seeking a Housing Management Coordinator for Exeter’s North Court Project on a full-time temporary basis until 31 July 2026. The role pays £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per year) with benefits including a Health Cash Plan, and is based onsite at Prospect House. You’ll manage a housing management caseload, support customers with license agreements and housing benefit claims, issue warnings or attend court when needed, and turn around vacant rooms to maximise occupancy while maintaining maintenance and health and safety standards. What you’ll do
Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their licence agreements.
Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
Sometimes issue warning letters or attend court if needed.
Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales.

You have
Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties
Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.
Able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to your colleagues
The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners

The practical bits
Four week rolling rota to include one in every three weekends, working 11.5 hour shifts, 3-4 days per week
Based at our services in Exeter

You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
