Responsibilities
Location: Brisbane, Australia
HR Operations & Employee Relations
1. Support recruitment execution (post ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews).
支持招聘执行(发布职位、筛选简历、协调面试)。
2. Assist with onboarding & offboarding (contracts, orientation, exit interviews).
协助入职与离职流程(合同、入职培训、离职面谈)。
3. Maintain employee records and support EOR to in-house transition.

4. Organise team building activities and social events.
组织团建活动及员工聚会。
5. Address day-to-day employee queries and support employee relations.
处理日常员工咨询,支持员工关系工作。
Office Setup & Administration
1. Assist in supervising office fit-out and decoration; coordinate with contractors/suppliers and track progress.
协助监督办公室装修与布置,与装修方/供应商协调并跟进进度。
2. Procure office furniture, equipment, and supplies; ensure office infrastructure (internet, power, cleaning) is in place.
采购办公家具、设备和用品,确保办公室基础设施(网络、电力、清洁)到位。
3. Support on-site tasks during office setup phase (e.g., receiving deliveries, checking basic works).

Qualifications
1. Experience: 1–2 years in HR operations, admin, or coordination.

2. Education: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3. Language: Fluent English & Chinese (Mandarin).
