NZSki is hiring a full-time fixed term HR Administrator to support Coronet Peak and The Remarkables during a busy winter onboarding season, handling recruitment administration, onboarding queries, HRIS troubleshooting, accommodation coordination, staff records and seasonal reporting while partnering with leaders on HR tasks. The ideal candidate brings a vibrant, detail-oriented, service minded approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in an alpine environment. Recruitment experience helps but solid admin and MS Office skills are essential; snow industry exposure is a bonus. We have an exciting opportunity for a diligent fun loving individual to join our crew to help provide HR support to Coronet Peak and The Remarkables during a busy onboarding and winter season.
This position is a full-time fixed term role and is responsible for providing support for our winter recruitment and onboarding along with any other preseason administration including accommodation support. You will also work alongside our leadership team to support them with any general HR related administration.
Key Duties include (but not limited too):
• Advertising and recruitment administration of large volume seasonal crew
• HR support for internal and external onboarding enquiries
• HRIS troubleshooting and support
• Coordinate accommodation facilitation
• Maintenance of staff records and our recruitment system
• Reporting on key HR indicators
• Onboarding administration and support for seasonal crew preseason and during season.
• Supporting the HR Manager with HR activities and coordinating events
• Supporting frontline leaders with recruitment and HR administration.
About you:

Other key skills and experience include:
• Recruitment experience would be advantageous.
• Solid administrative and/or customer service experience is essential.
• Previous experience in the Snow Industry would be an asset.
• Solid administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• A team focused, positive and energetic approach to life.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
• An understanding of HR functions and processes would be a beneficial (not essential, we could train you).
• A love for the snow industry and/or outdoor adventure would be beneficial.
Further Details:
• This will role is fixed term from March to October, flexible with start date.
• You will likely be required to work weekends in this role. Flexible on rostered days.
• Based in Queenstown, you will be required to work in an alpine environment
