Edara is seeking a full-time onsite HR Administrator in the United Arab Emirates to join the edara HR team and report to the General Manager. Key Accountabilities
- Analyse customer issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
- Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
- Handle the edara communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)
- Manage the insource the outsource project end to end in terms of recruitment, communication, onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in general administration to ensure edara operations run smoothly
- Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related specialty

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business administration role
