You will maintain and audit employee records in HR systems, update trackers, assist with payroll admin, manage medical insurance requests, generate reports, and safeguard data integrity while maintaining strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year HRIS experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and multi task; 2+ years HR experience is preferred and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
