Slough Children First is offering a fixed term HR Apprentice role for 12–18 months in Slough, full-time onsite with hybrid options and a minimum of three days in the office. The post supports a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with West Berkshire Training Consortium, with 20% of time spent on structured learning. You’ll provide accurate admin support, prepare reports and letters, act as the first point of contact for service users, and collaborate on projects for children, young people and families. We’re offering an apprenticeship in Level 3 Business Administration, and we’ll be working with West Berkshire Training Consortium (WBTC) to deliver the course. It will last for 12-18 months. You’ll spend 20% of your working hours on structured learning activities such as workshops, online modules, webinars, coaching, and shadowing to help you achieve your apprenticeship standard.
