Field-Based
The Sika team provides support to numerous vertical markets across the business providing tactical and strategic support to senior managers and people managers.
You will be joining a dynamic team of Business Partners who are looking to take the way we support the business to the next level of value. We are on a journey to do this but have a great team and positive relations with the business as a foundation.
We have sites in Leeds, Redditch, Preston and Welwyn Garden City. Ideally you will be based in commutable distance to one of these sites however you will need to be flexible to travel between sites based on the needs of the business alongside some homeworking.

You will become part of a collaborative HR Business Partners team, bringing together diverse backgrounds, extensive experience, and a strong commitment to supporting one another. In addition, you’ll be working with an engaged set of stakeholders who will value your knowledge and support.
You are empowered to work independently with in your area of responsibility, but we regularly come together as a team and collaborate with the wider HR team.
You will also have the support of the fantastic HR Hub who will support with the transactional burden but also much more including provision of data and metrics, talent acquisition support and less complex ER issues.
A handover period of 6 to 8 weeks will be provided to help you gain knowledge about your business area before our colleague goes on Maternity Leave.
