Job Description

  • Single point of contact for all employees and managers on HR matters
  • Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements
  • Interface with Business Area HR, internal business and the external payroll provider
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation
  • Coordinate talent and performance management processes and follow‑up actions
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure audit‑ready data quality
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, certificates, letters)
  • Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes
  • Implement new HR systems, tools, and processes
  • Lead site‑specific HR projects
  • Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe, well‑functioning work environment
  • Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in an international or multicultural environment
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law and social regulations
  • Proven experience in project management and intercultural collaboration
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and apply effective prioritization methods
  • Practical mindset, autonomy, initiative and strong service orientation
  • Ability to work in a complex, evolving environment
  • Enjoys teamwork, cooperation and building trustful relationships
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
