Job Purpose

The HR Compliance & Audit Specialist will ensure the company's human resources policies, processes, and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. This role will conduct regular HR audits, support policy development and implementation, identify compliance risks, and drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit HR transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before final processing.

  • Verify employee master data, personnel files, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee movement records.

  • Review HR-related invoices, reimbursements, refunds, increment proposals, and supporting documentation for policy compliance.

  • Audit visa, labour, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and government portal transactions to ensure statutory compliance and timely processing.

  • Perform periodic reconciliation between HR records, payroll, government portals, and insurance databases to identify discrepancies.

  • Conduct compliance audits across HR processes, identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation.

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with UAE Labour Law, Free Zone regulations, and company standards.

  • Prepare audit findings, compliance reports, and recommendations to strengthen HR governance and operational efficiency.
