This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR operations, onboarding, talent experience initiatives, recruitment activities, compliance, reporting, and HR systems administration. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experience while supporting business objectives.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $45,400 – 68,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
