The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role supports daily HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding

Maintain applicant tracking records
Employee Relations

Address employee inquiries and workplace concerns

Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes

HR Administration

Maintain employee records and HRIS systems

Update and communicate HR policies and procedures

Prepare HR reports and metrics
Compensation & Benefits

Assist with payroll coordination

Administer employee benefits programs

Support salary review and compensation processes
Compliance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–5 years of HR experience
