Faurecia's Forvia is seeking an HR Talent & Organization Development Apprentice in Meru for the Global R&D Division. You will join a Central HR Team to help build and drive the talent and organization development roadmap, supporting performance reviews, talent initiatives, and employee engagement while consolidating data and maintaining HR databases. This role provides exposure to a multinational matrix environment and a chance to contribute to a sustainability minded transformation. Key to success: genuine interest in talent development, excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency with the Office suite, fluent English, and curiosity. Your mission, roles and responsibilities
We are looking for an “ HR Talent & Organization Development Apprentice” within our Global R&D Division. Position based in Meru (60).
You will be part of a dynamic, passionate, and supportive Central HR Team. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging international environment.
You will be supporting us in building & driving our Global Division Talent & Organization Development Vision and Roadmap.
Your role and responsibilities :
- Support & follow up our People Processes and Campaigns (Performance Reviews, People Review, Expert Roadmap, Talent initiatives …),
- Consolidate data, analyze & provide administrative support for all our Talent & Organization Development Processes
- Be part of our R&D Organization Transformation Journey aligned with our business needs
- Help maintaining accurate HR databases, including Talent Profiles
- Be part of our Employee Engagement Journey ( survey analyses, propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world & follow up action plan)
- Support, facilitate & communicate on our Global Talent & Organization initiatives.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Be rigorous and very attentive to details
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
