Requirements:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

  • Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.

  • Assist with onboarding and employee documentation processes.

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.

  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

  • Ensure proper filing and organization of employee documents.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related correspondence.

  • Perform general administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Active, energetic, friendly, and eager to learn.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
