Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Ensure proper filing and organization of employee documents.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-related correspondence.
Perform general administrative and HR support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
