We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (preferably Arab) to lead our human resources function, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and have a strong command of UAE labor law and regional HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and UAE labor law
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring market competitiveness
  • Lead recruitment strategy, including senior-level hiring and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with visa processing, labor contracts, WPS, and Emiratization requirements where applicable
  • Liaise with government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) on labor and immigration matters
  • Design and oversee training and development programs
  • Prepare HR analytics and reports for senior leadership
  • Manage and mentor HR team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the UAE/GCC region

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required, given regular engagement with Arabic-speaking employees, senior stakeholders, and government entities

Deep knowledge of UAE labor law, WPS, and Emiratization regulations

Proven experience managing HR functions across recruitment, ER, and compliance

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office

Preferred:

  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent)
  • Experience managing Emiratization / GCC nationalization compliance
