HR Transformation Lead at KPN is a high-impact enterprise role shaping Strategic Workforce Management and organizational design for a two-year transformation toward 2030, with a hybrid presence in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and responsibility spanning more than 10,000 colleagues. You ensure that KPN has a future-ready workforce and organizational structure that moves in line with strategic ambitions. Thanks to you, strategic decisions on skills, capacity and organizational design are underpinned by data and scenarios. You not only develop the enterprise vision on Strategic Workforce Management, but also ensure that skills-based ways of working are fully embedded in processes, systems and decision-making. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution within a complex stakeholder landscape. In doing so, you connect HR, business, finance and analytics into one coherent governance and steering logic.
You work within a strategic HR transformation team operating at enterprise level. The team consists of specialists in HR, data, analytics and organizational development, spread across multiple technical workstreams. You collaborate in a hybrid way, with fixed days in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, and plenty of room for in-depth content work and collaboration.
You move comfortably in complex organizations with many interests and diverse perspectives. You combine strong analytical depth with a clear can-do mindset. In challenging discussions, you remain sharp, constructive and results-driven. You switch effortlessly between strategy and execution, bringing energy, structure and direction.
