HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead continuous improvement by analyzing metrics, identifying process opportunities and implementing enhancements that improve operational efficiency and the Team Member experience.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones and financials, elevate identified risks, and deliver status updates.
  • Lead change management activities for HRX initiatives to assist with adoption.
  • Draft strategy documents to convey information in a clear way that tells a story and facilitates decision-making.
  • Manage the HRX engagement plan creating meaningful connections points for our Team Members.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with process owners to understand workflows to identify and implement efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the HR Consulting Optimization role and partners across HR to capture feedback and ensure successful project execution.
  • Support HRX leadership to coordinate initiatives, deliverables, and project updates.
  • Engage with our HRX Team Members and partners to identify areas for further innovation, simplification, or efficiencies, and implement practical solutions.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Support design and implementation of technology enhancements.
  • Support initiatives that assess opportunities for HRX to expand services.

]WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience
  • Background in human resources, strategy, project management or a similar type of role.
  • Experience leading projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced skills in PowerPoint

It would be useful if you have:

  • PMP or other Project Management certification(s)
  • Experience with system implementation projects
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Oracle HRIS
