Pensar is hiring an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to drive HSE excellence across infrastructure projects in Brisbane. This full-time onsite role partners with project leaders to embed values, promote a proactive safety culture, coach teams, ensure AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 safety compliance, develop HSE plans, lead incident investigations, and monitor subcontractor safety with occasional site travel. Requirements: minimum 5 years’ experience in utilities and infrastructure and an Advanced Diploma in Work Health and Safety; desirable: Return to Work Coordinator, First Aid/CPR, ICAM and Mental Health First Aid certifications.
