Two hands-on HSE Advisors are needed for site FIFO roles on an 8/6 WA roster, one permanent full-time and one 12-month fixed term, ideal for safety professionals who stay visible and on the ground with the workforce. You will lead incident investigations, deliver safety training, mentor onsite personnel, drive improvements and support a positive safety culture through toolbox talks. Essentials include Australian citizenship or full working rights, a pre-employment medical and drug testing, National Police Check within six months, two years in safety, Cert IV in Health and Safety, WA manual license, and willingness to gain ICAM experience and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
